2.2 Residency

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of big223 complies with applicable local laws. big223 makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available in jurisdictions outside Indonesia.
2.3 Single Account Policy
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on big223. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all Balances held across those accounts.
2.4 Excluded Persons
The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on big223: (a) employees, contractors, agents, or affiliates of big223 or any of its associated companies; (b) immediate family members of such persons; (c) persons who have been self-excluded from big223 or the broader online gambling industry; (d) persons identified as problem gamblers under any national or international self-exclusion registry.
3.1 Registration Process
To access Real Money Play on big223, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. 3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. big223 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. You must notify big223 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. big223 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate Account security.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
big223 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or in response to suspicious activity. Accepted documents include a valid national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license. Proof of address and proof of payment method may also be requested. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by big223 may result in Account suspension.
3.4 Account Currency
All Accounts on big223 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). All deposits, balances, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed and displayed in Rupiah unless otherwise specified. big223 is not responsible for any currency conversion losses incurred if a Player's bank or e-wallet applies conversion charges.
4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods
big223 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the point of deposit. big223 reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
4.2 Deposit Processing
Deposits made via local Indonesian bank transfer during standard banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 WIB) are typically credited to a Player's Account within minutes. Deposits made via e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are processed instantly, 24 hours a day. big223 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own charges.
4.3 Withdrawal Requests
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by big223's compliance team. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per method. big223 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds.
4.4 Responsible Use of Funds
Players must only deposit funds that they own and that are free from any encumbrance. The use of credit cards, loans, or borrowed funds to fund gambling activity is strongly discouraged. big223 may, at its sole discretion, decline to process deposits that appear to originate from credit facilities.
All deposits and withdrawals on big223 must be conducted using accounts or e-wallets registered in the Player's own legal name, consistent with the Account registration details and KYC documents on file.
5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses are subject to specific promotional terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time of offer. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses on big223 carry a Wagering Requirement that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., a 30x requirement on a Rp 100.000 bonus requires Rp 3.000.000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal). Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements; contribution rates per game category are specified in the individual promotion terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
big223 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using low-risk betting strategies to artificially fulfill Wagering Requirements; colluding with other players to claim or manipulate bonuses; and using automated software or scripts to claim promotional offers. Detection o f bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension.
5.4 VIP Program
big223 operates a six-tier VIP loyalty program — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Black Diamond — which rewards consistent, high-volume play with enhanced cashback rates, dedicated account managers, priority withdrawal processing, and access to exclusive tournaments. VIP tier advancement is based on cumulative wagering volume over rolling monthly periods. big223 reserves the right to adjust VIP tier criteria, rewards, and benefits at any time.
6.1 Game Integrity
All RNG-based (Random Number Generator) games available on big223 are certified by independent testing laboratories to ensure randomness and fairness. Draw results are sourced from the official result providers for each respective market. big223 bears no responsibility for delays, errors, or discrepancies originating from the official draw providers. 6.4 Malfunction Policy
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome or result of any game or wager, big223 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Player Accounts. Winnings resulting from a demonstrable system error are not valid and will not be honored. big223's decision on all malfunction-related matters is final.
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the big223 Platform:
Violations of the Prohibited Conduct provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.
All content on the big223 Platform — including but not limited to the big223 logo, brand name, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of big223 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. 10.1 Platform Availability
big223 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or circumstances beyond big223's reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability. big223 will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance windows.
10.2 Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, big223's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. big223 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.3 Player Responsibility
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose all funds deposited into your Account. big223 is not liable for any gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform. You are solely responsible for your gambling decisions and for ensuring that your level of participation is within your personal financial means.
11.1 Termination by Player
You may close your Account at any time by contacting big223 customer support via live chat or by emailing [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link). Upon Account closure, any remaining Balance that is not subject to active Wagering Requirements or pending verification will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.
11.2 Termination by big223
big223 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of: (a) any breach of this Agreement; (b) suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; (d) engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7; or (e) any other circumstance where big223 reasonably believes that continued Account access presents a risk to the Platform, other players, or third parties.
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon Account termination, all outstanding bonuses and associated wagering requirements are immediately voided. Winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met their respective Wagering Requirements will be forfeited. Real-money balances not subject to dispute will be returned in accordance with big223's standard withdrawal process.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law. big223 is operated under an internationally recognized gaming license and adheres to internationally accepted standards of fair play, data protection, and responsible gaming. Players acknowledge that online gambling regulations in Indonesia are evolving, and that they are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with all applicable local laws. big223 makes no representation that use of its services is lawful in all jurisdictions.
big223 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, big223 will post the updated Agreement on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where practicable, provide notice to Players via email or Platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amended Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 11.1. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.
